put some time in optimizing WAMP server on VMhost03. Checked moodle website for performance tips and httpd.conf / mysql.conf on moodle01. On the moodle website it states that you should first run a benchmark on the OTTB installed system. Moodle Performance Tips.

Set some IIS optimization according to moodle performance docs; bit tricky, not completely transparant. Turned of unnecessary components of SQL server via install software panel.
