Moodle 1.9 theming

For a future client, we are setting up a Moodle 1.9 demo site. Checking out if themes can be copied 1:1 from 1.8 -> 1.9.

First of all, some links are hard coded in the files. Did sed search and replace to hardcoded links. First grep to find files, then with sed to replace. Actually only header.html had hard coded links. sed -i 's/pattern/replacement/g' file
