Create Custom Report

created custom report in Moodle 1.9. The new gradebook provides a nice new API to create custom reports. There is even a nice gradebook report tutorial on the moodle site.

The idea is that a teacher can view the anonymous results of scorm pacakges. Like 45 of 60 people finished SCORM package A.

First created a test copy of the client environment and upgraded to 1.9 (they were still in 1.8.4); also upgraded questionnaire to 1.9 version.
