Moodle geo-reporting

Continued from this post.

Client requested reports I already created once.

1. Updated geocoded_ip table in moodle database with php script (geocodeMoodle.php)
2. updated mdl_log table to hold country info (query takes a long time) -> couldn’t finish yet
3. ran queries on database
4. edited results in Excel
5. Sent to client
